If you aren't completely satisfied with your floral gift, we'll do everything we can to make it right. As professional florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order for delivery in the United States. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund part of the purchase price. Once flowers leave store we are no longer responsible for flower upkeep. All you need to do is notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order.
